How To Clean Your Silk
Simply hand wash your silk in cool water with detergent made for delicates. Gently rinse until no soap residue remains. Remove excess water by reshaping and laying your garment flat on a clean towel. Roll the towel and press to absorb water. Do not wring. Lay flat on a rack or hang to dry. Use a cool-iron or steam your garment to restore luster. We recommend hand-washing your silk, but life happens. Machine washing can be used if necessary. If you are going to machine wash your silk, place your item in a mesh garment bag. Wash on the delicate cycle and rinse in cold water. Lay flat or hang to dry.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are considered Store Credit for use in the future or to give to a friend. Gift cards will be sent via email to you, to print or email to the recipient of your choice. All Gift Cards of any denomination are non-refundable, non-transferable and are not subject to a refund or cash value.

Where Is My Refund
Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
How To Exchange Size/Color
No Problem, simply contact us to walk you through the process. You'll need to have a printer handy to print a packing slip and return label to mail us back the original item. We will ship the new item to you right away.
