Shipping policy
Please allow us 1-3 business days from the date your order was placed to be fulfilled. Once you place an order, you will be sent an email confirming that our team has received your order. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email from with tracking information. If you believe that your order was lost, stolen or damaged please shoot us an email (hello@fiorla.com) after you file a claim with the shipping carrier. After a claim has been submitted with the shipping carrier and you send an email providing your order number and claim number, we will find a way to resolve the issue together.

Return and Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your FIORLA purchase and hope you enjoy your experience with us! However, due to the nature of the COVID-19 pandemic we must practice all precautionary safety measures. We will only process a refund if your order was damaged or incorrect. We apologize for the inconvenience but hope you understand our commitment to your safety.
