Shipping policy
Please allow us 1-3 business days from the date your order was placed to be fulfilled. Once you place an order, you will be sent an email confirming that our team has received your order. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email from with tracking information. If you believe that your order was lost, stolen or damaged please shoot us an email (hello@fiorla.com) after you file a claim with the shipping carrier. After a claim has been submitted with the shipping carrier and you send an email providing your order number and claim number, we will find a way to resolve the issue together.

Return and Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your FIORLA purchase and hope you enjoy your experience with us! 

All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 15 days for a full refund or exchange, and we promise to make the process as easy as possible. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. 

Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached.

Final sale items policy

A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
